Josh Pardini has been a member of the Lackawanna College football staff since 2009. Prior to his arrival at Lackawanna, Josh was the Offensive Coordinator and Backfield Coach at Greater Nanticoke Area High School. Josh started his career at Lackawanna as Tight Ends Coach, and has coached Defensive Backs, Running Backs, and Quarterbacks before being promoted to Offensive Coordinator, and Offensive Line Coach in 2015.
Since taking over the reins of the offense, Josh has helped the Falcons finish in the Top 10 nationally in nearly every major statistical category. While a member of the Falcons’ staff, Josh has coached future NFL stars, Mark Glowinski, Lorenzo Taliaferro, Jarell Broxton, Jermaine Eluemunor, and 2019 4th round pick Trevon Wesco (NYJ). In 2016, the Falcons’ offense set 10 Northeast Football Conference records while boasting the top passer and receiver in the conference, as well as 5 players in the top 10 in rushing. Under Josh’s command, the Falcons have averaged over 42 points and 427 total yards per game, and have also had 6 players named NJCAA All-Americans.
