"We never trailed for the duration of the tournament. That type of performance takes an entire team. The offense was relentless, showcasing a myriad of ways which we could score and get contributions in innings 1 through 9. The pitching staff was consistent, constantly putting up zeros after we scored. They fought to keep the momentum, and forced the opposing team to earn everything they got. Looking forward to next weekend, and earning a shot at competing in the World Series." – Head Coach Mike McCarry. Coach McCarry is in his first season with Lackawanna College.
Grant Powell was named Region XIX Tournament MVP. He pitched in 2 games and earned 2 saves.
