  • Lackawanna Wrestling Wins Both Matches in Thursday Night's Tri-Match

    Lackawanna College Wrestling held a Tri-Match against Thaddeus Stevens Technical College and SUNY Ulster Thursday night. The Falcons defeated SUNY Ulster 45-9 and defeated Thaddeus Stevens 48-9. Lackawanna improves their team record to 7-5 after taking both matches.
  • Lackawanna Wrestling Wins Home Opener

    Lackawanna Wrestling had their first home match of the season at the Student Union Tuesday night. Lackawanna defeated SUNY Sullivan 40 – 12. Lackawanna lost their first match by pin-fall but came back to win the rest of the night’s matches, besides the 141 lbs forfeit.
  • Falcons Compete at Bob Quade Open

    Lackawanna Wrestling competed at the Bob Quade Open in Hackettstown NJ on Sunday. The Falcons combined for 24 individual wins at the event. The Bob Quade Open did not keep team scoring.
  • Lackawanna Grapplers Split Four Matches in Scotty Wood Duals

    Allentown, PA – Saturday, the Lackawanna College Wrestlers participated in the Scotty Wood Duals sponsored by Muhlenberg College. Wrestling in four team matches, the Falcons split, winning its bouts with Keystone College, 40-17 and Camden County College, 40-6. Their two losses were to Central (Iowa) 45-0 and Washington and Jefferson 33-22.
  • Falcons take Two of Three Team Matches in Electric City Duals
    November 11, 2018
    Scranton, PA - Sunday, Lackawanna College’s wrestling team won two of its five team matches in the Electric City Duals. The Falcons beat Keystone 39-15 and Temple 42-18. They fell to Scranton 36-9, Oneonta 36- 13 and were edged by Muhlenberg 24-18. The individual and team scores are found below:
  • Lackawanna College Wrestling Releases 2018-19 Schedule

    The first match of the season will take place on November 3rd at the Penn State Mont Alto Invitational.  The Falcons will be hosting two home matches at the best wrestling venue in PA, the Lackawanna College Student Union
