Lackawanna Loses Two to Orange County CC

Lackawanna College fell twice to Orange County CC by scores 12-0 and 10-2 in a Doubleheader played Monday at Sloan Field in Scranton.

In the first game Ashley Smith led the Falcons with a 2 for 3 day, Also having hits were Janisie Simpkins, Dannielle Barletti and Danielle Johnson with a double.

In the second game, Smith had two hits, including a double and a run scored, Ginely Ortiz-Marrero, added a single and stolen base, while Danielle Johnson doubled for the second time on the day with this two bagger driving in 2 RBI's.

The Lady Falcons take the field on Wednesday when they they play a Region Doubleheader against Raritan Valley CC at Sloan Field in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The first game is scheduled to start at 3:30 PM
