In his first year as Lackawanna Men's Basketball coach. Coach Archer brings a winning track record to the Falcons program. As an assistant Coach Archer has managed to compile a record of 61-27. While as an assistant coach archer has had the opportunity to Coach two NJCAA All Americans over the course of three years.

The formula for Coach Archer's success will be recruiting skilled athletes as well as students who stay focused on graduating. As a result the Falcons will win and provide entertainment for their fans.

Prior to being named Head coach, Coach Archer was an Assistant at Lackawanna College for the past three seasons. Coach Archer also served as a Video Coordinator from 2007-2008 for Rice University. In 2006-2007 Coach Archer served as the graduate assistant at Texas Southern University.

Coach Archer also has experience at the secondary level in physical education and in private basketball instruction.

A native of Trinity, TX, Archer was a leading scorer for the Trinity High School Tigers, earning a position on the TSWA all-state squad. A graduate of Texas Southern University, Archer holds both an M.S. and bachelor's degree in Human Performance.
