Tutoring Program

• All Football players are required to attend a weekly study hall program. 

•  

• Student-Athletes are required to bring study materials to every session. Failure to attend these study sessions will result in dismissal from the football program for one calendar year.

•  

• Professional and peer tutors will be in attendance to assist all Student-Athletes with their academic needs. Subject areas include Math, Writing, Computers, Psychology and all other college subjects.

•  

• Laptop computers will be available on a rotating schedule.

•  

• The Lackawanna College Administration has invested valuable resources into the study program with the goal of creating 100% graduation rate among our Student-Athletes.

•  

• This is one of the many opportunities that our students have to receive academic assistance.

•  

• In addition to our Evening Tutoring we have several tutoring options available:

• Professional Tutors (including Writing/Reading/Math Lab)
• Peer Tutors
• Group Individual
• Workshops
• Seminars
