Coach Hiller, a former Falcon, enters his 10th year as the assistant head coach and hitting coach. He played at Lackawanna College for 2 years and after graduating, he moved on to Marywood University where he continued his baseball career for 2 more years. As the Pacers' third baseman, he broke several offensive records, including hits in a single season as well as triples in a single season. He was the first male athlete in the Marywood's school history to earn PAC Player of the Week honors. He was also the team MVP his junior year and was named All-Conference 3rd baseman his senior year.

Justin is entering his second season as an assistant coach for Lackawanna College.  His daily role for the Falcons is developing and instructing the outfielders.  He also serves as one of the strength and conditioning coordinators and assists with local recruiting.

Justin is a former two-year starter at Lackawanna.  During his playing days, he hit .350 and was a first team All-Region selection outfielder.  He was very instrumental in helping the 2007 Falcons win the Region and break exisiting team records.  He is a graduate of Scranton High School and currently resides in Scranton.
