Pensak Name Region XIX Baseball Coach of the Year

Lackawanna College's Baseball Coach, Chris Pensak, has been named Region XIX Division II Baseball Coach of the Year. This honor was bestowed on Pensak after he led his team to a Region XIX baseball championship. During the campaign his squad compiled a 39-13 win/loss record. In Region play, they won 11 games and lost only 3 contests, tying them with Del-Tech Owens for the Region's best record. The Region XIX championship was the second in the program's history. The Falcon's last won in 2007, also under Pensak's tutelage.

This is the second time that Pensak has been honored as coach of the year. He was so honored at the completion of the 2007 season.
