Falcons Sweep Monroe CC (Bronx)

The Falcons relied on the long ball to sweep its home twin bill against Monroe Community College by scores of 19-9 and 11-1.

On the day, the Falcons had five home runs. Matt Frie hit three while Eric Hinck and Sam Parente contributed one each. 

Other Falcons having productive days at the plate were Steve Aniska with four hits and Rob Lessig with three.

Jon Wilson excelled on the mound yielding only one run in a complete game win in the second contest.
